Christopher Sasville is an owner of Sasville Properties. Christopher and wife Kathleen moved to Discovery Bay over 20 years ago with the desire to live in a place that feels like a vacation year round. Christopher has been a small business owner for 25 years and has actively invested in real estate througout California and Hawaii, thus giving him the knowledge and a strong foundation for his real estate career. Christopher is adept at marketing properties, so that the maximum exposure is attained, resulting in a quick and efficient sale. Craig Sasville is an owner and Broker Associate of Sasville Properties. Craig grew up in Discovery Bay and has lived here for over 20 years, with a short sabbatical from the area while acquiring his Bachelor's Degree from San Diego State University. He began his career in the real estate industry as an appraiser in 2003 and constantly utilizes the skills and knowledge attained as an appraiser to help sellers price their property to sell, as well as, assist buyers in making the best offer possible. In addition, he holds the Certified Short Sale Professional designation and currently working on his Graduate Realtor Institute designation. Real estate is Craig's passion and having the ability to practice real estate in an area that has given Craig so much, is not only a pleasure, but a dream come true.
